Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a candidate to support a client's mission by executing training responsibilities related to weapon systems management and information warfare capabilities. It involves developing, reviewing, and coordinating training materials, and ensuring compliance with policy guidelines. The role also includes managing training program approvals, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to leadership.
Compensation:
$27/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
-Possess TS/SCI Clearance.
-Knowledge and/or 3 years of experience similar to that of a SNCO or FGO in the following: Program Management either in government or corporate settings, USG training program(s), or corporate training program(s), Developing and/or implementing USG policy, Staff functions and processes at/above Wing level, Collaboration with lateral, lower, and upper echelons.
-Knowledge and 1 year experience regarding USG IW capabilities: Cyberspace operations, Electronic Warfare, Information Operations, ISR support to IW Policy and Guidance, Training Requirements, IW weapon systems, and IW organizational construct.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools. null
