Description: Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) team at Hill Air Force Base, Utah! This role provides logistical management support to the F-16 System Program Office (SPO).
Additional responsibilities includes:
Coordinate and participate in Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) verification events at various F-16 operating locations.
Create, track, and modify Computer Program Identification Numbers (CPINs). Coordinate CPIN requirements with Technical Order Distribution Offices (TODOs) around the world.
Interface with test pilots, maintenance professionals, and others to support F-16 Operational Flight Program (OFP) testing, troubleshooting, and fielding.
Create and review Data Requests (DRs) from the F-16 System Program Office (SPO). Coordinate the transmission of various types of approved data to vendors, the flight test community, and other relevant organizations.
Work closely with the Hill Air Force Base (AFB) Software Control Center (SCC) for building and fielding software suite packages.
Work with vendors on external software releases to support flight testing, TCTO verifications, and OFP fielding.
Work closely with the 309th Software Engineering Group (SWEG) Technical Program Managers (PM), System Test Engineering, and Configuration Management (CM) teams on OFP development and fielding processes.
Create and maintain Organic Change Proposal (OCP) for all USAF F-16 programs.
Create and oversee F-16 Viper Change Requests (VCR) for F-16 programs.
Assist with the creation of periodic Program Manager Review (PMR)/Combined Program Manager Review (CPMR) status briefings.
Create and maintain all F-16 Block 40/50 OFP development and fielding schedules using MS Project software.
Provide logistics expertise during high level F-16 Block 40/50 Integrated Product Team (IPT) and OFP planning meetings.
Coordinate and participate in risk analysis, Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and Functional Configuration Audit/Physical Configuration Audit (FCA/PCA) process reviews.
Provide other logistics support as required by the F-16 SPO. Be very familiar with operating and manipulating Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Excel software tools.
Must be a United States citizen. Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance and be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
Experience with aircraft Technical Order (TO) and Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) creation and implementation.
Experience with DoD aircraft Operational Flight Program (OFP) software development, Configuration Management (CM), and fielding processes.
Experience with one or more of the following: aircraft electronic / avionics systems, air to air weapons, air to ground weapons, sensors, and/or communications, aircraft maintenance functions, or Electronic Warfare (EW) integration test operations.
Technical writing experience.
Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Project, and PowerPoint).
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the others:
Extensive knowledge or experience with U.S. military aviation operations.
Knowledge of F-16 or other military tactical aircraft avionics systems including Pilot Vehicle Interfaces (PVI), internal electronic bus structure, and subsystem integration operations.
Working knowledge of F-16 specific aircraft sub-systems, weapon systems and how they integrate with the on-board computer processors.
Ability to effectively interface with civilian government, DoD, and industry representatives.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and must be able to work well in a team environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
