The Opportunity:
CACI's Mastodon Design team in Rochester, NY is looking to hire a Logistic Project Manager to join their team. Mastodon Design specializes in designing and building hardware and software to meet our customers' next requirement. We focus on offering devices that can be fielded immediately to meet the mission needs that lie directly ahead. This opportunity is in direct support to the TLS BCT Manpack Program of Record with the Army.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing TLS Program Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLS) tracking and deliveries.
Responsible coordinating with Procurement to monitor OPS/Supply Chain status and mitigate impacts on critical delivery schedule.
Coordinate and manage all Bill of Material modifications (internally and externally).
Coordinate and manage delivery documentation (DD-250) to end customer.
Analyze and support program invoicing.
Support TLS Manpack Warehouse activities as needed.
Communicate logistics relate program status formally and informally to the customer.
Recommend and implement process improvements to maximize logistics efficiency.
Supports customer fieldlings as required to ensure program success.
Work internally to identify and mitigate logistics related program risk.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Travel: Up to 25% or more, including potential for international travel.
Familiarity with tactical communications networks, signals intelligence collection equipment and electronic warfare operations.
Presentation experience with internal and external customers.
Desired:
Significant experience with Mastodon Products.
Familiar with L3Harris PRC-163 and PRC-158 Software defined radios.
Experienced in working with the Army.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within a rapidly growing business and evolving organization.
Military service/background, preferred.
This position may require the candidate to be able to obtain a security clearance.
This position will allow for partial telework.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
