Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will get to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of our systems, ensuring they meet both current and future needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and integration of systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Develops and assists with the adoption of appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools appropriate for the projects and technologies within the RSEG group
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure system specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
- Ensure systems are designed and maintained following best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to current systems.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience with system modeling, simulation, and analysis tools.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Us citizenship

Salary Range:
