Amentum is seeking a skilled Security Cooperation Building Partner Capacity Program Analyst to manage and oversee Title 10 Section 333 Build Partner Capacity programs. The selected candidate will support the execution and utilization of various security cooperation (SC) programs to achieve operational objectives. This role includes collaboration with U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM), subordinate commands, and international partners to ensure effective implementation and synchronization of programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Security Cooperation Programs specific to Title 10 Section 333.
Observe the annual Resource Allocation Plan submission and monitor outcomes.
Assist in the oversight of contract vehicles and small-scale construction related to 333
Resource 333 OAIs through the Global Force Management Process.
Review Annual Proposal and Training & Equipment Lists from subordinate JSOTF submissions.
Coordinate with SOCOM and Component Commands for 333 OAI implementation.
Synchronize 333 OAIs with Cross Functional Teams Campaign Plans.
Collaborate with partner units to determine capability gaps in line with SOCPAC requirements.
Consolidate Annual Assess, Monitor, and Evaluate (AME) Reports to integrate into future planning.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years' experience with SC authorities, objectives, primary stakeholders, and processes.
Willingness to conduct periodic (~4-6 weeks annually) travel to theater locations and CONUS for conferences and program familiarization
2-3 years of experience in Security Cooperation (SC) programs.
Must have an active Top-Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree and 10+ years experience with SC authorities, objectives, primary stakeholders, and processes.
5+ years of experience in Security Cooperation (SC) programs.
