Amentum has an opportunity for an Intelligence Knowledge Manager to play a critical role in the integration of people, processes, and technology throughout Special Operations Command Pacific's (SOCPAC) intelligence information life cycle. The position is vital for enabling operational advantage through superior knowledge management practices in support of decision-making, warfighting capabilities, and intelligence production. This role requires collaboration with mission partners to ensure information dominance by collecting, controlling, and disseminating relevant information, leading to improved decision superiority in operational contexts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the seamless integration of intelligence data, information records, and knowledge management capabilities to provide mission partners with the relevant information and expertise needed to make superior decisions.
Oversee the interconnected elements of intelligence data, information, records, and knowledge management, ensuring they work in harmony to support intelligence operations and improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Enable shared understanding and faster, more effective decision-making throughout the intelligence cycle by leveraging knowledge management practices.
Drive innovation and foster learning by focusing on the people and processes that support and enable the intelligence cycle, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability.
Provide timely, accurate, and relevant information to support operational intelligence and the intelligence production cycle, ensuring efficient dissemination of intelligence to decision makers.
Lead efforts to collaborate, analyze, deliberate, and apply technology to transform raw data into actionable intelligence that is accessible and understandable to decision-makers at the speed of relevance.
Implement and oversee the three critical components of knowledge management to improve the organization's mission execution:
People : Lead and manage personnel responsible for creating, organizing, applying, and transferring knowledge.
Processes : Establish and maintain methods for creating, organizing, sharing, and transferring knowledge within the unit.
Tools : Manage both digital and non-digital knowledge management tools to ensure knowledge products and services are organized within effective frameworks.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Information Environment (IE) and its impact on military operations.
Proven ability to integrate intelligence data, information, and knowledge management practices.
Strong understanding of the intelligence cycle and operational intelligence production.
Must have an active Top-Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible (Please note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree and 10 years' experience in the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Experience providing knowledge management support in an intelligence production environment.
Prior experience in intelligence support to SOF units/commands.
Completion of the Intelligence Planning Course I/II.
The salary range for this position is $135K to $165K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
