Adecco is hiring immediately for a Technical Writer role with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $40 - $60/hr.
Duties:
· On-Site role, Contact Period: 6 months.
· Tech writer to support all Lab Security functional teams.
· Consult with engineering and technical staff to prepare technical and end user documentation for hardware/software.
· Additionally, you'll develop documentation templates for program use, (standardized workflows, procedures, job aids) that do not currently exist, (e.g., Command media has a standard process template that must be used).
· Share documents during meetings for redline/commentary by team members and update version-controlled documents.
· Track through all stages of release: Conceptual, Draft, Final, Release.
· Writes about technical subjects for technical and nontechnical audiences; assists in reformatting content for various media types, (landing site, monitors, etc.); assists in creating scripts for video tutorials; tests and updates existing documentation with input from SMEs, Core team members; adheres to company branding guide.
Qualifications:
· Years of Experience: 2- 5 Years
