While working as a Manufacturing Planner and scheduler for Adecco working for our client located in Vista, Ca you will earn $25-30 /hr and receive a weekly paycheck. Manufacturing Planner and scheduler is a temp to hire position. This position will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable planning experience.
As a Manufacturing Planner and scheduler you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all aspects of production. The position will require to lead complex planning assignments and data analysis to figure out the most cost effective/optimal production schedule and collaborate with various other departments to ensure company objectives are met.
Primary responsibilities include:
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and on time delivery.
Analyze labor, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
Coordinate production workflow established committed lead-times and cost effectiveness of schedules.
Adjust production schedule to meet unforeseen conditions as needed.
Suggests changes in production schedule to increase efficiency of manufacturing department.
Responsible for key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, back order, on time starts, aging production orders, etc.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing and communicating planning reports and projects with cross functional departments to determine status of assigned orders.
Provide administrative and clerical support such as creating Head Assembly packets, follow up on purchase orders.
Identify and proactively communicate inventory stock level risks for raw materials.
Participates in PPI lean manufacturing initiatives to continuously improve process flow regarding material management.
Experience Required:
Experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in membrane filtration systems, is a plus.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Manufacturing planning and scheduling.
Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks while multitasking
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently and as part of a cross-functional environment both internally and externally.
Strong organizational and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Email, One Drive, Teams, SharePoint, Business Central.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
