Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA.

Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Process and balance bi-weekly payrolls for all store hourly associates.
Timely issuance of termination pay, adjustment pay, or retro pay, following any respective state mandates.
Review and validate team members off cycles.
Fund off cycle pay cards on ADP SMART Compliance site.
Research and process stop payments.
Research and reissue returned checks.
Develop cross-functional relationships with Store, Buying Office and Distribution Center personnel that interact with Payroll.
Respond to all associate inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
Assist on special projects as assigned.
Remain current on existing or new payroll guidelines, processes or any legislation impacting payroll.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Payroll Coordinator:
High School diploma/GED
Requires 1-2 years of payroll experience.
Must be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality for all associate payroll and personnel records.
Ability to provide excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and/or mandates.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus.
Strong Excel Skills and overall Microsoft suite.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
