Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 3 years of California Workers' Compensation claims experience.
Mandatory: Certified Occupational Specialty in Insurance (OSIP) certificate.
Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Description:
Analyzing complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due.
Working with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation.
Ensuring ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations, industry best practices, and specific client service requirements.
Identifying subrogation of claims and negotiating settlements.
Pay Details: $48.57 per hour
