Responsibilities:
Lead and manage R&D projects from initial concept through commercialization, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
Oversee the development of new products and improvements to existing products, with a focus on sauces, salsas, beverages, and other liquid batching.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth and successful product launches.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new opportunities in the food manufacturing industry.
Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Ensure that all R&D activities adhere to regulatory requirements and meet industry standards for food safety and quality.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, specializing in sauces, salsas, beverages, or other liquid batching.
Extensive project management experience with a proven track record in the commercialization of R&D projects.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, industry standards, and product development processes.
Compensation:
Starting salary: $75,000 - $110,000 , based on experience and qualifications.
