Must have an established record of effectively working with Base Supply personnel to resolve problems using in depth knowledge of supporting data systems, processes, and procedures.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of academic/technical/military training. Associate's degree preferred. This position requires 6 to 9 years' work experience in the Air Force supply systems with an emphasis on APS/MRSPK Management. Must be familiar with procedural requirements in AFI 23-101. Must possess and maintain a Secret level security clearance. Applicant must possess and maintain a valid Nevada state driver's license. Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and understand English.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Must be able to operate up to a 6k capacity forklift and utilize material handling equipment. Must have a general knowledge of the Air Force warehouse supply functions. Must be able to repetitively hold/balance, reach, flex position, twist, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat/crouch, climb, and sit (all for short or long periods of time). Must have a full range of mobility and endurance and be able to lift objects that weigh a minimum of 45 pounds. Constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines. Reports to Supply Supervisor - APS, MRSPK, FSC and IPE. Full-Time (five days/ week schedule with minimal overtime projected). Shifts will be staggered to cover 0600 to 0100 with standby support from 0100 to 0600.
