Nightwing is looking for Service Now Administrator-P3 to join the Infrastructure, Security and Monitoring Team supporting commercial and federal customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting a Security Operations Center (SOC) and possess both administration and developer related skillsets. This position is part of a larger team; however, the candidate is expected to work well on his or her own under general supervision, be self-directed, able to multi-task, and prioritize work. What Will You Do: • SME in ServiceNow administration, configuration, operations, and system applications. • Working knowledge of Cisco Network architecture, and Windows and Linux operating system administration. • Lead the effort to complete the population of the CMDB with Customer's IT CIs and assets – so that the Customer CMDB is complete (and then maintained for additions, etc.) • Produce and develop reports for reporting IT inventory items from the CMDB for audits and management. • Evaluate, enhance, and maintain existing configurations of the ServiceNow CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery applications, including workflows, as well as current connections between ServiceNow and other systems. • Evaluate existing user roles and access and make recommendations on any changes to improve. • Create, maintain, and enhance team Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled and custom reports, especially for CMDB and System Inventory. • Create, maintain, and enhance future connections between ServiceNow CM managed applications and other systems. • Maintain CM specific Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles. • May assist with implementation of other ServiceNow applications and provide technical insight into design and support, while aligning to service management best practices. • Provide administration, design and process documentation, and technical support of the CM managed ServiceNow applications. • Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create scripts to automate routine tasks being done in ServiceNow. • Document and communicate ServiceNow processes, operations, and capability information. Qualifications You Must Have: U.S. Citizenship. A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 4+ years of cyber security experience Strong oral and written skills. Detailed oriented and documentation focused. Experience with administration and development for ServiceNow Experience with managing and measuring security controls. The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
