The Challenge:
Assist with supporting the provision and securing of resources or services required to execute research and development activities.
Assist with drafting research agreements and technology transfer arrangements.
Assist with preparation, review, routing, tracking, and dissemination of various internal and external communications and official correspondence.
Participate in technical discussions on various topics.
Conduct literature searches on relevant research topics.
Generate reports using software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Provide technical analyses and make recommendations on relevant topics.
Assist with administrative duties such as, but not limited to: organizing paper and electronic files/documents; provide planning and scheduling support relating to R&D activities.
What Sets You Apart:
Bachelor's Degree.
3 - 5+ years relevant experience
Administrative experience within a Government, University, or military organization.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Ability to acquire, at a minimum, a SECRET classification access level. Preference will be given to a candidate who already has this clearance level, but current clearance is not required.
Due to Federal contract requirements, US citizenship is required.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
