Overview
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking a full-time Finance Manager. This work-from-home position is responsible for carrying out various day-to-day responsibilities that include oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for Ansible Government Solutions
Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Responsibilities
Involves managing budgets, ensuring compliance with government regulations and contract requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support project execution and organizational objective
Develop and manage budgets involving government contracts and internal projects
Handle monthly close process for business including variance analysis, journal entries, trend analysis, and preparation of results package to highlight key findings and trends
Oversee invoicing and reconciliation for timeliness and accuracy
Prepare and submit financial reports required by government agencies and contract requirements
Manage audits and reviews, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial documentation
Collaborate with Operations Managers to optimize financial results on projects
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
Provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a government contracting environment.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of FAR, CAS, and other government regulations. Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excell and ERP systems.
Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
Lift up to 20 lbs
Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
