This role would support all administrative duties for our client in Gastonia, NC.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to several teams in the facility
Perform data entry, documentation, printing, and filing duties
Manage invoices for vendors through NEXTGEN and SAP
Manage orders for supplies
Creation of new hire badges, recreation of lost, damaged badges
Ensure IMAG (Process Map Incident Management System) is maintained and up to date
Management of Health services reporting, scanning, and filing of reports
Manage schedules of some teams
Manage corporate lunch orders, conference room set up/orders for meetings and vistiors
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Knowledge of ADHOC, POs, and order processing
Knowledge of IMAG (Process Map)
Ability to work well with others
Ability to be flexible and work OT if needed including weekends
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse people and cross functional teams
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Self motivated, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Education, Experience, and Physical Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrate ability to perform essential functions
Working knowledge of ERP systems
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Safety Shoes, if required.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
