What You'll Do:
Serve as the point of contact for technicians and subcontractors, scheduling appointments, tracking parts, and managing paperwork.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing billing inquiries, resolving service requests, and handling complaints with professionalism.
Support daily operations by ordering and tracking parts to ensure technicians have the materials they need.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all documents related to technician activities, from scheduling to equipment procurement.
Assist in customer communications to ensure satisfaction, resolving any issues efficiently.
Manage the flow of materials and equipment, issuing them to technicians as needed.
Be a proactive problem-solver, anticipating operational needs and ensuring smooth workflows.
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in office administrative support, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
A positive, customer-first attitude with a passion for providing superior service.

Pay Details: $39.70 per hour
