Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
4 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
Preferred qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced experience in building scalable dashboards using tools such as Plx, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
Working knowledge of HTML for dashboard embedding and interface enhancements.
Proficiency in utilizing generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-driven automation to streamline data analysis, accelerate reporting workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems, leveraging data to drive decisions, and influencing cross-functional partners.
Strong background in defining and evaluating processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and managing projects semi-autonomously within a global, changing environment.

The GBOedu for gTech Team (go/gTechLearning) works diligently to ensure every Googler has access to the resources they need to become their best personal and professional selves. You will understand learner needs, demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of training programs, leveraging AI tools to drive operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will partner closely with gTech as well as the broader learning ecosystem (GBOedu etc.)
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
Build and manage centralized learner activity dashboards including GBOedu, Manager, Facilitator, and Audit Dashboards serving as the single source of truth for global learning analytics.
Partner with Commercial Activation to align measurement strategies across GBOedu teams, ensuring unified analytics and cross-functional visibility during the transition to Connect Learning.
Conduct weekly data integrity audits across pipelines and reporting solutions to guarantee scalability, reliability, and full compliance with internal engineering standards.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses linking learning programs to business outcomes, evaluating training efficiency and behavioral impacts to shape learning and development strategy.
Drive operational efficiencies, establish automated reporting templates, and collaborate with Program Managers to deliver data that informs executive decision-making.
