We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for the People Experience (HR) organization across Delivery Stations nationwide. This is a highly execution-driven role centered on building strong pipelines, rapidly moving candidates through the funnel, and delivering measurable hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives in high-throughput recruiting, is comfortable working repetitive hiring profiles, and excels at candidate engagement and screening.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a high-volume requisition load (~20-25+ concurrent roles), primarily supporting HRBP, HR, Business Analyst, and Project Manager positions
Source, engage, and qualify candidates using proactive outreach, Boolean search, and inbound applicant review
Review and assess high volumes of applicants, quickly identifying qualified talent based on defined hiring criteria
Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, and drive interview coordination where needed
Manage candidates through the full lifecycle, including offer conversations and closing
Build and maintain strong, consistent pipelines for recurring and repeatable hiring profiles
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and drive hiring progress
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a strong, efficient candidate experience
Track recruiting activity and pipeline health using ATS/CRM systems and data-driven reporting
Performance Expectations
Deliver approximately 5 accepted offers per month
Maintain an average 45-day time-to-fill
Effectively manage competing priorities across 20-25+ active requisitions
Ensure consistent pipeline flow and high candidate throughput
Maintain strong follow-through and communication across all stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
3-5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
Proven success operating in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and passive candidate engagement
Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions with strong organization and prioritization
Ability to quickly assess and screen candidates against defined criteria
Comfortable working with high applicant volume and repeatable hiring profiles
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding recruiting KPIs and performance metrics
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience influencing hiring decisions and building trust with hiring managers
Experience with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
Confidence in offer conversations and candidate closing

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
