You will lead a high-performing SOC team, shape threat detection strategy, and drive incident response in a mission-driven organization where your impact is visible every day.
What You'll Do
*
Lead and develop a global SOC team that includes analysts and an architect
*
Own incident response, including coordination of situation rooms and subject matter experts
*
Manage threat detection workflows aligned with frameworks such as the cyber kill chain or MITRE ATTandCK
*
Continuously improve alert mapping, response processes, and security tooling
*
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to reduce risk and strengthen security posture
*
Contribute to strategic planning and the evolution of the security roadmap
*
Ensure consistent, high-quality operations across a 24/7/365 global SOC environment
What You'll Bring
*
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 7 years of Information Security experience or 10 years industry experience working in security
*
3+ years of leadership experience, which can be a combination of people and or program leadership
*
One or more industry security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC)
*
Hands-on experience with Devo or similar SIEM platforms
*
Experience with EDR tools such as CrowdStrike and Carbon Black
*
Strong background in incident response and threat detection
*
Familiarity with cyber kill chain and MITRE ATTandCK
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills in high-pressure situations

Experience in global, enterprise, or high-velocity environments

Previous experience in a tech company SOC environment
*
Experience working in a follow-the-sun model or leading globally distributed teams
