Systems Administrator, Senior
The Opportunity:

What if you could use those skills to improve the technology supporting USAF and Industry customers We're looking for a system administrator who specializes in Windows Group policy and RBAC with a background in VMware, NetApp, or TTC to help us evolve and deploy new capabilities and technologies.
As a system administrator on our project, you'll ensure the current infrastructure is functional and available while updating and patching critical systems. You'll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management.
Your system administrator expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. You'll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning.
This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like virtual networking, classified cloud integration, and voice technologies. You Have:
5+ years of experience supporting server administration
3+ years of experience managing Group Policy updates
Experience with ITSM tools such as Ivanti or Splunk
Experience providing customer support to end users, including in person, through email, or over the phone
Knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems
Ability to analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues, including software applications
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Security+ Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience using VMWarevSphere or Horizon
Experience working in SAPF and SCIF environments
Experience with Everfox Trusted Thin Client (TTC)
Experience with applying DoD STIGs
Knowledge of RedHat Linux server administration
Ability to create and update support documentation
Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber, or Information Systems
CCNA or CCNP Certification
Clearance:
