Contracts Administrator, Senior Manager
The Opportunity:
Serve as
theSeniorContracts
Manager within Booz Allen Hamilton's Defense business supporting theAir Force and
critical defense missions and acquisition strategies.
Act
as the senior leader
of a high energy, dynamic contracts team, reporting directly to the Director of Global Defense. Direct and coordinate the contract functions with a focus on acquisition client relationship management, terms and conditions, proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation across a myriad of program types, including systems
development,product
sales,technical
and professional
services,andfixed
price
engagements.Provideexpert
advice and counsel tointernal executiveson contractual matters, including advising on
contractstrategy,
regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflict of
interestmitigation,
and risk management.Interface directly with senior leadership, program managers, and contracting officers to address any issues that may arise during capture, proposal development, contract negotiation, execution, or completion. Develop a strategic vision for the Booz AllenAir
Forcecontracting
team, growing the team's capabilities and offerings to meet
businessobjectives,
balancing comprehension of company
objectiveswith
current and emerging client requirements and external trends. Lead a team of 12-15 contract professionals.

You Have:
10+ years of experience with contract management, including overseeing large, complex proposals, negotiations, and administration for DoD contracts
8+ years of experience with managing staff
Experience negotiating commercial and government contractual documents in accordance with the FAR and U.S. government procurement regulations
Experience serving as a business advisor or key functional integrator, aligning people, processes, and systems to ensure quality support to clients
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:

Experience managing complex product and solution sales
Possession of existingrelationshipswithacquisition clientsatAirForcecontractingcenters

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one comp
