Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing Analyst to identify market opportunities, analyze industry and customer trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategies, evaluate business opportunities, measure performance, and influence decision-making through data and research.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategic recommendations and business cases for new products, markets, and initiatives.
Analyze complex datasets and provide insights to support business and marketing decisions.
Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
Lead ad-hoc analysis and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and drive strategic initiatives.
Apply statistical and experimental methodologies to measure performance and optimize outcomes.
Foster an inclusive team environment that encourages diverse perspectives and psychological safety.

Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Pay Details: $75.00 to $81.00 per hour
