Implementation Analyst (contract through March 2027)
Job Description:
Support the implementation and optimization of the ABBYY OCR platform
Train and maintain document templates and recognition rules for vendor documents
Review OCR output and validate extracted data for accuracy and completeness
Identify trends, exceptions, and recurring issues impacting recognition rates
Collaborate with team members to provide feedback and recommendations that improve OCR learning and performance
Assist with onboarding new vendor document formats
Create files from OCR-generated data for integration into RightAngle
Test system changes and help refine workflows and business rules
Document findings, best practices, and process improvements
Participate in ongoing discussions regarding how the tool can become more efficient and accurately process documents
Requirements:
1-2 years of analytical, operations, business analysis, accounting, or data-focused experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large volumes of data
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to provide feedback and contribute ideas
Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
This position is fully on-site, 5 days/week. Candidates need to be local to Dallas.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $85.00/hr.
