Cyber Security Analyst IV, Childrens Hospital Corporation, dba Boston
Childrens Hospital, Boston, MA. Responsible for: Developing systematic
solutions to security operations problems; Prototyping & bringing tools
to production that will support security operations, threat hunting and
cyber intelligence; Leading investigations of security events, providing
analysis results and developing and implementing remediation plans;
Identifying new security concepts, technology, and practices and
introducing them to the organization and system environment; and Serve
as a subject matter expert within the Information Security team. Basic
annual pay is one hundred fifty-two thousand, six hundred seventy two
dollars. Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science,
Information Assurance, or closely related field and seven years of work
experience related to Information Security. Special requirements (can be
gained during grad degree program & pre- or post-grad degree work
accepted): Demonstrated ability to: Resolve complex problems using
programming skills, mathematical and/or technical principles, and/or
cross functional knowledge; Implement IR automation using scripting
languages such as Bash, Python, PowerShell and/or SOAR platforms such as
Swimlane; and Identify and forensically analyze suspicious activities
and potential cyber threats using tools such as Security Information
and/or Event Management (SIEM) systems and/or other intrusion detection
systems such as EDRs and/or IDS. Telecommuting/remote work from within
