As a Sr. Lead Systems Analyst on the Identity team, you play a pivotal role in shaping Chick-fil-A's Identity ecosystem. You will leverage your specialized skillsets across key identity platforms and deep expertise in Provisioning and Lifecycle Management.
Beyond technical execution, you will be instrumental in shaping and leading the strategic vision for our Provisioning and Lifecycle Management program. This includes driving key strategic conversations, influencing program direction, and defining a roadmap that ensures our identity solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with Chick-fil-A's evolving business needs. As Chick-fil-A's business expands and identity requirements become more complex, your leadership in these strategic areas, combined with implementing new processes and systems, will enable us to scale and thrive.
Responsibilities
Owns decisions and sets the direction, vision, design, and strategy in the area of Provisioning and Lifecycle Management.
For multiple medium-large systems, responsible for defining requirements, identifying technical solutions, execution of technical tasks, creation of documentation (requirements, process maps, test plans, etc.), and communication with functional partners.
Make decisions related to vendor management, budgeting, negotiate contracts, and planning.
Support and troubleshoot high complexity and/or business impacting issues and assist other team members with lower complexity issues.
Support the work of more junior people on the broader team and communicates with functional partners or vendors related to assigned areas of work.
Considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and responsible for overseeing the execution of a monitoring strategy.
Understand all aspects of system including how they interact with and/or impact other systems or business processes.
Influence the strategy of assigned systems and area of responsibility and expected to collaborate and build roadmaps with partners/stakeholders.
Own decisions and sets the direction, vision, design, and strategy in key areas of responsibility.
Accurately and confidently represent assigned system(s) to leadership teams and gain support for initiatives. Able to fully own the lifecycle of systems.
Influence functional partners and teams or peers and can contribute to broader discussions and procedures that are not specifically in assigned area of expertise (ie: task force, architecture forum, emerging technology).
May represent the organization to outside organizations or other forums.
Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
Specific work in Identity, Provisioning and Lifecycle Management
Experience with Birthright access
Scripting experience (Python, XML)
Self-starter who completes responsibilities with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
