Job Description
Analyzes and documents business processes, data-flows and uses of information technology.
Evaluates performance for opportunities to increase automation, improve efficiency, and increase accuracy.
Measures performance of current processes by capturing metrics and comparing performance to benchmarks.
Makes recommendations to supervisor for changes to processes and technologies that will improve operating efficiency, quality and reliability of unit results.
Documents processes for analysis and models changes to processes and/or technologies.
Documents current business rules, procedures and proposed changes.
Recommends new service level metrics and benchmarks based on implementation of proposed processes and technology improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and querying
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, modeling, and reporting)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ways of working
Experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based platforms
