As a Senior Data & BI Analyst, you'll design and deliver impactful solutions in Oracle HCM, helping modernize processes and unlock new ways of working across the organization.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and support applications using OTBI, BIP and Fusion AI Agent Studio
Identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into solutions
Work with data-extracting, transforming, and validating it to support insights and applications
Deliver analysis and insights through visualization tools or agentsin theOracle HCM environment
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Drive continuous improvement through smarter processes and automation

Replace manual processes with automated, low-code solutions
Deliver applications that improve decision-making and workflow efficiency
Help scale citizen development and adoption of low-code tools
Build intelligent workflows leveraging AI and emerging capabilities
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required (business, analytics, engineering, or related field preferred)
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM (OTBI, BIP, Workflows, Fusion Agent AI Studio)
Experience with data sources, APIs, and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, databases)
Ability to work with and analyze data, including basic statistical techniques
Experience with alternate visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
What Sets You Apart
Advanced degree
Experience automating complex workflows
HCM Global Human Resources Certification or AI solution experience
Background in building AI-enabled or agent-driven solutions
Experience with integration of HCM data with external database
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
