You Have:
Experience as a project managersupporting more than 20 individual stakeholders, analyzing complex processes, identifying process improvements and automation improvements, and providing roadmap delivery for leadership to execute on
Experience writing information papers and concepts of operation(CONOPs)
Experience translating complex technical requirements into effective training solutions
Experience delivering reference-based and hands-on training to Department of War personnel for unmanned systems
Experience in curriculum development as a course curriculum model manager
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Experience with Department of Warcommand structures,policy,and formal documentation
Ability to organize, schedule, andfacilitatetechnical meetings and working groupsand analyze, research, assess, and organize technical data into cohesive and clear technical reports and presentations
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with unmanned system curriculum delivery
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
Master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:
