Maritime Systems Technician

As a defense mission professional, you'll bring your analytical, strategic, operational, and programmatic expertise to work on projects for unmanned systems. You'll research, design, develop, analyze, and plan to build comprehensive products supporting unmanned systems and their supporting technologies. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes and drive real-world support for the Department of War and its objectives.
You'll guide the work we do for the Department of War and the solutions we deliver for unmanned systems.
You served as a seasoned Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy-now, continue your mission with us. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for unmanned systems.

You Have:
Experience with conducting system safety hazard analyses and risk assessments foridentifyinghazards, using hazard tracking systems, preparing system safety risk acceptance documents, andpresenting to DoD system safety review boards
Experience with writing information papers and concepts of operation(CONOPs)
Experience in supporting DoW Test and Evaluation assessments for new and emerging technologies
Experience delivering reference-based and hands-on training to Department of War personnel for unmanned maritime systems
Experience in Navy curriculum development as a course curriculum model manager and with Learning Management Systems
Experience with Department of Warcommand structures,policyand formal documentation
Ability to organize, schedule, andfacilitatetechnical meetings and working groups
Ability to analyze, research, assess, and organize technical data into cohesive and clear technical reports and presentations
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with unmanned system deployment
Knowledge of Submarine deployment and Operational Tempo
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
United States Navy Master Training SpecialistDesignation
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
