The Research and Analytics Data (RAaD) team within the Office of Research Information Systems (ORIS) seeks to hire two Business Intelligence Analysts who will play key roles in advancing data-informed decision-making across research administration and the university. These positions will interpret and analyze complex data to support strategic planning, improve operational efficiency, and inform initiatives led by the Vice President for Research (VPR) and campus partners. The analysts will work closely with the VPR and research administration leadership across campus to develop reports, dashboards, analyses, and recommendations that support institutional goals.One position is a senior-level Business Intelligence Analyst focused primarily on internal university research administration data requiring four to eight years depending on education. The second position will focus primarily on external and benchmarking data related to research activity and impact and requires two to six years depending on level and education.Successful candidates will be detail oriented, collaborative, and skilled at turning complex data into clear and actionable insights.Applicants for both positions must have professional experience beyond internships.Please note in your application and cover letter which position you are applying for.
