Position Overview
RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Vehicle Maintenance Shop Supervisor Virginia Beach, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve asadirect liaison with fleet managers to discuss accesstoCivil Engineering Support Equipment/Material Handling Equipment, maintenance schedules, and use of Government-Furnished Equipment
- Remain available during standard business hours to address issues and workflow
- Usespecializedsoftware(Asset Works Fleet Focus)to record maintenance actions,tracklabortime,document parts ordered and installed, and record commercial repair costs
- Understand and followall safety,hazardous material, and facility accessregulations
Required Qualifications and Experience
- U.S. citizen
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Secret security clearance (Secret Clearance is notrequiredfor contractors working at the Poca, West Virginia facility)
- Five years’ experience as a Shop Supervisor at an Original Equipment Manufacturer automotive dealership, commercial automotive maintenance facility, or military Intermediate- to Depot-level maintenance and repair facility
