RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Maintenance Data Administrator in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Track work orders and requisitions and enter them into the tracking software
- Use Microsoft Office or compatible programs to create reports, track order status, and prepare administrative correspondence
- Input cost and direct/indirect labor in data management software
- Enter new equipment in Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and assist with periodic inventory and validation of this information
- Prepare reports on the number of vehicles serviced, number of maintenance hours logged, repair parts costs, and equipment availability
- Assist with data collection and entry for completion of Federal Automotive Statistical Tool reports and inventory management in several logistics programs
Required Qualifications and Experience
- U.S. citizen
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Secret security clearance
- Three years’ experience entering data and generating maintenance and production reports
- Two years’ experience using DPAS, Asset Works, Federal Motor Vehicle Registration System, and Federal Fleet Management System
