Summary You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist at the GG-14 grade level responsible for the analysis and production of technical intelligence related to assigned areas, advanced and future technologies, and country/regional areas of concern in support of Naval air acquisition programs. Responsibilities You will serve as the senior intelligence analyst for air warfare integration on all analytical, production, and programmatic issues for the Air Warfare Integration Team. You will apply new theories, developments or procedures to intelligence problems not solved by application of standard guidelines and policies. You will brief at high government or service levels and participates in working groups and conferences. You will oversee air warfare threat support to Navy acquisition processes and procedures. You will apply secondary research and analysis towards making assessments and characterizing new technologies and warfare developments that could be used against the United States Navy. You will assist Division leadership with resource management, analytic conflict resolution, analyzing air warfare team issues, and prioritizing efforts as needed. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (GS/GG-13). Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: 1. Interpret, evaluate and integrate all-source intelligence and open source information into future top-level assessments. 2. Apply advanced research methodologies and analytical techniques and/or collection management systems to complex work assignments. 3. Prepare initiative reports and briefings for an executive level audience that demonstrate extensive and comprehensive air warfare analytical expertise. 4. Provide advanced oral briefings and written communication conveying complex operational, technical, and/or political-military concepts.
