BAE Systems Intelligence & Security division is seeking qualified candidates to join our team in Washington DC as part of a national strategic effort in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency s (DIA) Strategic Planning and Response for China (SPARC) program. As part of this effort you will be contributing to the integration of resources that are needed to compete with, deter, and if necessary defeat the Peoples Republic of China (PRC).

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Position Description:
Assists the Special Security Officer (SSO) ensurecontrol of access to SCI material and SCI facilities (SCIFs); certifying and receiving SCI visitorclearances and accesses; conduct SCI security briefings, indoctrinations, debriefings, training onclassified material and SSO-related material and topics; assists with the currier badging process;obtain signed nondisclosure agreements; and provide guidance and assistance for processing SCIposition and eligibility requests for assigned military, Government, and contractor personnel.
Other duties may include, but not limited to, audits of classified material; inspections ofclassified material storage facilities, SCIFs, and containers; and researching and preparingclassified material-related policy and management recommendations and reports andrecommendations. Other requirements and skills, consistent with the forgoing description, maybe specified in individual TOs.
Works closely with the CCRRT Senior Security Technician, CMG planners and DIA SSO tostreamline surge capabilities and support mass onboarding following Government execution of aSurge requirement.
Implements security functions/tasks identified in the contractor support plan for massindoctrination and security clearance management.
Required Experience:
Minimum 8 years of relevant management experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Required Education:
Bchelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67406 - $114590
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
