Global Dimensions is seeking a Graphic Artist for an upcoming opportunity at MacDill AFB, FL.
Position Overview
The Graphic Artist supports SOCOM's visual communication needs by producing high-quality graphics, multimedia assets, and branded materials. This role works closely with senior leaders and PA teams to visually communicate complex missions in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design print and digital products, publications, and presentations
Support digital platforms, social media, and multimedia initiatives
Maintain SOCOM branding, style guides, and visual standards
Collaborate with leadership and PA teams on visual storytelling
Create motion graphics and animated visuals as needed
Manage multiple design projects and ad-hoc requests
Coordinate with partners, vendors, and production teams
Stay current on design tools, trends, and AI-enabled workflows
Requirements
Possess active Secret Clearance
Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in graphic design, marketing, communications or another relevant field
At least ten years of professional graphic design experience executing strategic communication campaigns in support of government or industry objectives.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders (at the CEO / General Officer Level) with graphical representation materials.
Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite
Minimum 1 year of experience with prompt engineering for generative AI tools used to create digital graphics and data-driven visualizations.
Minimum 3 years of experience adhering to visual information and communication standards, such as style guides and/or branding guidelines.
Location & Hours
On-site at HQ USSOCOM and HQ SOCCENT, MacDill AFB, FL
Monday-Friday (Federal holidays excluded)
Core hours: 0900-1500
