Job Title: Business System Analyst
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite- 5 Days a week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in documenting current-state processes and defining data-driven future states to support strategic decision-making. This role involves conducting external research and data analysis to inform future-state design, partnering closely with stakeholders during Agile/PI planning, and translating business needs by breaking down epics into clear, actionable user stories.
Key Responsibilities:
Document current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Define data-driven future states to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct external research and data analysis to inform future-state design.
Collaborate with stakeholders during Agile/PI planning.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and requirements.
Utilize analytics and reporting to measure outcomes and guide prioritization.
Support continuous improvement across teams using insights and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in process documentation and strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
Experience with Agile methodologies and PI Planning.
Ability to decompose complex business needs into actionable user stories.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as JIRA, Snowflake, and Tableau is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Expertise in using insights and KPIs for continuous improvement.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Power BIfor data visualization.
Knowledge ofDatabricksandHadoopfor big data analysis.

Any programming language for advanced data tasks.
Experience with testing tools likeSelenium.
Understanding ofRPA Frameworkfor task automation.
The base salary range for this position is $ 72,000 to $85,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
