Temporary Imaging & Fulfillment Reconciliation Analyst
Position Summary:
The temporary Fulfillment Reconciliation Analyst facilitates processing and reconciliation of all Convey Health Solutions client related incoming mail. The analyst is responsible for opening, sorting and scanning letters and order forms into an electronic database. The analyst may be responsible for performing quality checks to ensure the upload to customer accounts or other applicable database of scanned documents. The analyst researches and reconciles various document image audits as assigned by the Management team. Perform Fulfillment and Imaging reconciliation in accordance with established departmental procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Open, sort and scan incoming mail.
Complete quality control checklist.
Research and reconcile missing images or image discrepancies in the document repository.
Analyze and communicate data file discrepancies to the Department Supervisor.
Prepare letters for forwarding to alternate location(s) or returning to sender.
Back up and/or assist Print and Equipment Operators when needed.
Package and prepare processed physical letters for storage.
Communicate with coworkers, management, staff, customers, and other in a courteous and professional manner.
Carry out special projects as assigned by the management team.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of office experience.
Computer literate with the ability to learn multiple systems.
Must be comfortable using the internet.
Moderate level of Excel and MS Office skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Attention to detail.
Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills.
Organizational skills.
Moderate experience with spreadsheets.
Ability to multi-task.
