Title: Cybersecurity Analyst
Duration: 12 Months
Location: On-site at Lake Forest, IL

Description:**
This is a non-exempt role.
Brief synopsis
Cybersecurity Analyst will be performing cybersecurity assessments
(Based on NIST Framework).
Perform responsibilities to ensure that the appropriate application of
security products and technologies are in place to protect the
organizations systems and information and enable achievement of the
organizations objectives.
Development of a risk-based cyber security program which meets
regulatory requirements and aligns with industry leading information
security practices
Perform threat identification and mitigation activities using industry
leading security controls and tools sets.
Support management in the development of strategies, policy and
standards to protect company information and technology assets Apply
technical knowledge to protect the Company assets against cyber threats
Education min. / Experience min
Masters in Cybersecurity ( 1st preference)
Masters in Software (2nd Preference)
Bachelors in cybersecurity (3rd Preference)
Top 5 skills/requirements
Performing cybersecurity risk-based assessments.
Hands-on past work experience on NIST Framework.
Risk based cybersecurity Threat identification and mitigation
activities.
Strong Cybersecurity background
