Develop Reports & Data Extracts, Manage Data Uploads & Downloads
Data Distribution (Labor Productivity, Rosters, Employee Record Maintenance, Time & Attendance Logs)
Support Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
Maintain Vendor Relations & Manage Upgrades, Software Update Plans & Report Writing
New Services Config & Documentation of New Features
Investigate & Troubleshoot Issues with Stakeholders
Update Newly Created Positions, Staffing & Scheduling Settings, Profiles & Labor Productivity Goals
Resolve Hospital IT Help Desk Tickets & Incidents
Execute Ongoing Performance Tuning, System Upgrades & Resource Optimization
Train Staff on New Processes, Orient New System Users, Sponsor Re-Training
Coordinate & Plan Integration of Data between Computer Systems as SME
