Type: Three-month contract with opportunity for extension
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Pay: $28.00 to $30.00 an hour
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
Actively communicate and work with hospital leadership to ensure all components of the program and evaluation are complete and accurate
Serve as point of contact for the collection and receipt of all performance programs and evaluations
Effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
Maintain the Performance Management mailbox
Utilize monthly reports to reconcile and follow up on outstanding programs and evaluations
Generate and process reappointment correspondence for unclassified employees
Process transactions in PeopleSoft and send correspondence
Track, monitor, and send out correspondence for future non-renewal dates of UUP-represented employees
Prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently
Be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Exercise independent judgment in the resolution of data correction
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
· Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred.
· Two years of administrative support experience.
· Experienced using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to work with confidential data
· Ability to work in a fast complex environment
· Ability to multitask

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
