Job Description:
o Oversee security protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
o Manage security clearance and visit requests.
o Manage quality assurance processes for the overall program.
o Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ensure adherence to standards.
o Develop and implement training programs for team members on quality and security practices.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and quality assurance roles.
o Strong organizational and analytical skills.
o Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
