Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Hybrid in Coppell, TX
Adecco is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator position in Coppell, Texas . This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with a hybrid work schedule. Prior experience in commercial collections, accounts receivable, or finance is required.

Pay rate: $25.00 per hour.
Work hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
At least two (2) years of commercial collection experience.
SAP experience is a plus.
Experience handling problem/workout accounts, including bankruptcies.
DSD (Direct Store Distribution) account or special billings experience preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, optimizing orders while improving efficiency.
Coordinate the resolution of past-due invoices and payment disputes.
Reduce accounts receivable delinquencies through effective collections strategies.
Process credit/debit memos and review unresolved credits.
Ensure accurate processing of state bottle deposit and recycling fees.
Identify and implement creative payment solutions to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Assist with the monthly write-off process and pursue recovery of bad debt.
Perform administrative tasks to support the AR team.

Assignment Type: Temporary, 6-month contract (potential for extension based on business needs).
Order Type: Manager Review / Interview (Offer extended after interview).
