Job Overview
We are seeking a Documentation Specialist - Engineering with expertise in validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and technical documentation to support our engineering and maintenance teams . This role is crucial for ensuring compliance, updating maintenance procedures, and facilitating training to uphold best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Validation:
Write, review, and update qualification documents (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Develop and refine work instructions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
Review, update, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance procedures .
Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Training & Compliance:
Provide operator training on updated procedures and ensure proper implementation.
Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements regarding technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
? Experience : Minimum 2 years in an industrial, engineering, or equipment maintenance environment.
? Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) .
Experience in technical documentation and work instruction creation .
Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance operations .
Ability to work closely with engineers, technicians, and quality teams .? Soft Skills :
Attention to detail and strong writing skills .
Excellent communication and training abilities .
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills .
Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
