What You'll Be Doing:
Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial building systems-from HVAC to electrical to plumbing and more.
Performing preventative maintenance to keep equipment in top shape.
Diagnosing issues and making the right repairs before problems arise.
Monitoring outside contractors for quality work at the right price.
Keeping safety a priority while ensuring all tools and equipment are accounted for.
Tracking maintenance work and making adjustments to keep things running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
5-7 years of experience in commercial or industrial building maintenance.
Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot on the fly.
EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal Certification preferred).
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, maintenance tracking software).
High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school training a plus.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
