Position Details:
Hourly Rate: $ 22.00
Shift: Monday - Saturday flexibility, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Daily Operations & Team Performance: Assign work, monitor activities, and ensure maximum productivity.
Train & Maintain Compliance: Instruct on equipment, procedures, safety, and housekeeping.
Manage Inventory & Resources: Oversee inventory, reconciliation, and maintain tool/supply availability.
Problem Solve & Drive Efficiency: Resolve issues, ensure safety, and optimize team performance.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Warehouse Leader: Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
Strong Communicator & Motivator: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team mentoring skills.
Proficient & Problem Solver: Skilled in Microsoft Office, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Physically Capable & Reliable: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of hands-on warehouse experience.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Solid math and analytical skills.
Experience with inventory management systems.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
