Adecco is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team remotely in Dallas, Texas . In this role, you'll qualify leads, prospect through cold calls and emails, and schedule meetings for our Field Sales Representatives. Your contributions will directly fuel our sales pipeline and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify and prospect leads through strategic outreach.
Schedule sales meetings for Field Sales Representatives.
Consistently exceed daily and weekly activity targets.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead follow-up.
Manage leads efficiently with strong time management skills.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of sales and/or staffing experience , with a track record of exceeding targets.
Strong communication skills and a persuasive, outgoing personality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tools.
Excellent planning, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
