Pay Rate: $46.32 - $53.45 per hour

Overall Responsibilities
The End-to-End Program Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of OSP FTTH construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, permitting, construction, and splicing/testing for both Austin and San Antonio. This role requires strong project management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution: Oversee the full lifecycle of OSP FTTH construction projects, including milestone tracking, scheduling, and vendor performance management to ensure timely delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across engineering, permitting, construction, and splicing/testing to maintain project visibility and resolve dependencies.
Risk Identification & Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide insights to leadership to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications
3+ years of telecom experience
PMP certification
Experience in project lifecycle management
Proficiency in Google G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, formula crafting)
Strong project management skills, including pipeline coordination, scheduling, and visibility
Experience tracking milestones, forecasting, and reporting
Risk identification and mitigation strategies
Vendor performance tracking and dependency awareness
Clear and concise project status reporting (written & verbal)
Ability to influence cross-functional teams
Effective collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
Understanding of telecommunication infrastructure, OSP, and FTTx
Experience in Engineering/Permitting, Construction, and Splicing
Familiarity with industry tools/systems for tracking and reporting

Mandatory
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of Program/Project Management experience within a large-scope project environment
Experience tracking projects, forecasting, reporting project status versus commitments, and providing insights/influence to internal cross-functional teams and leadership
Desired
Experience with telecommunication infrastructure, Fiber to the Home/Plant (FTTx) operations, and/or outside plant (OSP) projects
Demonstrated ability to employ creative problem-solving abilities under pressure
Excellent analytical skills to monitor and review program performance
Strong structured problem-solving capabilities with great people skills

Pay Details: $46.00 to $53.00 per hour
