CNC Maintenance Tech - Temp to Hire
Location: Mansfield, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate: $30-$34 per hour
Position Summary:
Maintain CNC production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and productivity. Manage the Preventive Maintenance Program and keep the system in full compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep production equipment running efficiently
Establish and perform preventive maintenance
Work independently with minimal supervision
Maintain and calibrate equipment
Assist in IQ, OQ, and machine qualifications
Maintain spare part inventories
Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area
Record and report information accurately
Adhere to company policies and the Straumann Code of Conduct
Physical Requirements:
Observe and hear warning signs
Stand, walk, or sit up to 8 hours a day
Occasionally push/pull up to 50 lbs. and lift up to 40 lbs.
Repeatedly lift up to 20 lbs.
Bend, squat, and move hands frequently
Wear protective gear (gloves, eyewear, hearing protection, toe protection)
Focus on small work pieces for extended periods
Work Environment:
Manufacturing environment with machinery
Exposure to dust, water, heat, resins, soap, and disinfectants
Moderate noise level
Fast-paced, team environment
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of maintenance experience in a high-tech environment
5+ years of CNC troubleshooting and repair
5+ years of general machine troubleshooting and repair
3+ years of facility and building operations and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications:
CAD experience
Basic knowledge of ISO/GMP regulations
Strong communication and organization skills
Knowledge of tools and practices in electrical/mechanical repair
Machining experience a plus
Dental laboratory operations or similar experience

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
