Production Supervisor:
Production Supervisor directs the overall module operations ensuring the achievement of production objectives at the lowest cost consistent with the company quality standards and customer delivery requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities. Works in conjunction with the EHS Manager to establish and maintain all policies and programs to assure a safe working environment. Complies with all safety and health guidelines, quality standard practices/procedures and housekeeping standards.
Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments to ensure the production of company products at the highest quality at the lowest possible cost, meeting company performance standards, and customer specification and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure the training of new and present employees in the processes and methods required to achieve the company's standards for quality, quantity, safety, and ISO/TS.
Participate in planning meetings, recommending space, personnel, and equipment requirements. Be part of the hiring process.
Ensure adherence to ISO/TS procedures and requirements, participate in ISO/TS planning sessions.
Recommend preventative maintenance procedures and plan the repair of machines and equipment to minimize downtime.
Continually evaluate processes and methods, recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment, performance, utilization of people, and quality of product.
Act as a technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and problems; analyze and resolve work problems, and assist workers in solving work problems.
Maintain departmental supplies, tools, equipment, and order as necessary.
Ensure the completion of all required production paperwork, records, documentation, such as time cards, quality records, etc.
Pay rate of $70k to $75k with full benefits including health, life, dental .
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
